Elk hair caddis-sizes 12-14 Good early season pattern-But will take trout on top all year-Loof for random risers near banks and overhanging trees-this will usually be the fly-Look for live bugs in the bushes or air near the water-$1.50 each or get 2 in assortment-look for rising trout

Root River special-Local pattern-Caddis nymph or stonefly pattern-Good in cloudy, run off water-in sizes 12-14-$1.50 each or get 2 in assortment

Bead had hare's ear-Good mayfly nymph pattern-Search for fish with this one too-look under rocks and logs in the water for similar bugs-or get 2 in assortment! Single flies-$1.50 each

The best dry fly wherever you go-If mayflies are present and you are not sure this is the fly to try-If they are emerging go to the parachute if adults on the water use the classic-ADAMS (CLASSIC AND PARACHUTE sizes 12-14) May fly attractor pattern-Good general searching fly-Correct size can make the dfference
